AGREEMENT

By clicking the button below I am stating that I wish to be enrolled in the indicated eight week course of study at Z School of Cinema. I also attest that I have read and understand the content of the class in which I am enrolling, and understand that the curriculum may change to some extent in response to the needs and interests of the students. I have read and understand all of the information provided in regard to the classes and the Z School of Cinema (as set set forth in the "about" page of this web site), and I meet all prerequisites stated. I understand that the price of tuition does NOT include use of camera, equipment, or editing software, and I must have access to these independently.

I also I agree to pay the full tuition of $425 for this eight week course of study (or $375 if I am applying with a friend), plus any additional material fees indicated (not to exceed $25). I agree to pay 100% of the amount of tuition at the time of enrollment. I understand that, should I decide to withdraw from the class before the first class session, my tuition will be refunded, minus a $125 non-refundable processing fee. I understand that my tuition is not refundable after 12:01 a.m. on the day of the first class session, even if I do not attend classes.
